COVID-19 Requirements

In an effort to ensure safety for our attendees and staff, attendees will be required to show EITHER proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event. By registering in this event, you are agreeing to these terms.


COVID-19 Notice

I understand that the event for which I purchase a ticket shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health requirements as of the date of such event; such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures, and other protective measures.



COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that I will not be exposed to COVID-19 at the event.


Attendee Promise & Health Acknowledgement

I agree to follow event policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the event. According to the DGS, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. I understand and agree that I will evaluate my risk in determining whether to attend the event. By entering the venue/event, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that I will adhere to local quarantine requirements and the DGS quarantine guidelines.


Event Cancellation or Postponement

The Organization reserves the right to cancel the event due to public health reasons (COVID-19 or others), low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the Organization cancel the event, registrants will be offered a full refund* within 30 days and notified via email. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund* and/or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date, if available.


Event Refunds

With no specific reason you can cancel your registration and in order to receive a full refund*, you must cancel your registration at least 30 days prior to the event. If you cancel your registration 15 days prior to the event date, you only will be refunded in 50%* of the value that you paid. To cancel your registration with less than 15 days, you will not be eligible for a refund – You can cancel your registration but will not receive any refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for payment.


Recommendation – Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we recommend all participants to buy a COVID-19 Travel Insurance including refunds for travel interruption and cancellation.


* The Bank Fees are Non-refundable. A bank fee between 2% to 5% of the total amount will be charged in the refund.
